This attractive villa enjoys an extremely privileged position just a short drive from the beaches of Pampelonne and the village of Saint-Tropez. It is comfortably furnished with a good level of equipment.

The master bedroom with en-suite facilities, a walk in wardrobe and air conditioning, as well as a double bedroom with separate shower room, are both on the first floor with views of the pool and garden.

The living room and dining room both have French windows opening onto a lovely covered terrace with a pergola, leading to the garden and the pool area. The living room can be turned into a double bedroom as it can be completely closed off by two doors.

The garden has been beautifully done and the outdoor dining and sitting areas offer the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink with friends.
