This house has been entirely renovated, and modernized with contemporary furnishings. It is an extremely spacious villa located in the famous domain of Les Hauts de St. Paul, with a large pool and flat lawn garden.

The huge reception room has French windows leading to a balcony with sea views. There is a 2nd balcony, located off the master bedroom that is equipped with table and chairs for relaxing. The sitting room, which includes an open fireplace and a bar, leads to a wooden-decked terrace where one can enjoy the stone-built barbecue for summer dinners around the pool.

Downstairs, a corridor leads to the spacious bedrooms and the sound insulated cinema room with a full-size snooker table.
