This property is a converted 250 year old olive mill, which has been beautifully restored with a great deal of taste - containing old Provencal style floor tiles and rooms decorated with Provencal fabrics and lime washed beams.

Apart from a road running close by to the villa, it is located in an extremely quiet area among the hills above Grasse, the famous "City of Perfumes".

The house has a distinct classical feel that provides a very cozy, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, yet remaining hi-tech with a Wi-Fi internet connection in the house.

There is a magnificent overflow pool to the side of the house, which boasts beautiful views of the valley and sea near Cannes. There is also a covered exterior dining area and a covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for open air dining.

It is a perfect location to enjoy a Provencal, calm and sunny holiday with friends and family.
