This elegantly restored Provencal farmhouse dating back to the 18th century is situated in the peaceful chestnut orchards of the St. Clement valley just 1km south of the medieval town of La Garde Freinet. The house not only benefits from the privacy of the hillside location but also enjoys the panoramic views across the valley to the Castle of Grimaud and beyond. The grounds contain a stunning infinity pool and a large attractively landscaped garden with hard tennis court and a "Boule" pitch.

The interior is comfortably and elegantly furnished in a contemporary Provencal style. For the winter months there is electric central heating throughout and a large fireplace in the sitting room and kitchen. Full-width French windows lead directly on to the terrace to a comfortable seating area.

It is a perfect place for those who wish to relax in privacy with beautiful surroundings but close to St. Tropez, Gassin, golf courses and the Pampelonne beach. The garden is not ideal for children under 5 unless supervised.

On the ground floor is an entrance hall leading into a central galleried hallway with wide stone staircase to the upper floor, spacious sitting room with large open fireplace, broadband internet and Sky TV and modern fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with working fireplace, cloakroom / WC and laundry room. There is a double bedroom with shower room en-suite and another double bedroom with four poster bed and an additional sofa bed and bathroom. There is also a covered dining area with barbeque, open fire place and summer kitchen.

On the first floor is the Master bedroom with oak floor and French windows overlooking the pool and view across the valley, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There are also two further bedrooms, one double and one twin both with en-suite shower rooms.
