Toulon Villas

Villa Giens is located on the top of a hill with an outstanding view of Port Cross and la Baie d'Hyeres. It was designed by a famous architect with a living area of 2,690 sq.ft. A garden with olive trees, palm trees and grass greet you on arrival. Much thought has gone into the decoration of this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, from the 2 white marble bathrooms to the electric shutters. Villa Giens' kitchen is well equipped with 4 halogen hot plates, refrigerator, inox hob and an electric French fryer. Each room has a view of the sea. The islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant can also be seen. The beach of Almanarre is the best location in Europe for wind and kite surfing. A small harbour I slocated within 500 metres from the house as well as easy access to a beach suitable for children. A boat can possibly be rented for a day.

• Heating for the villa is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified. When not included, heating will be charged based on usage upon check out
• Guests are responsible for any phone charges incurred. Use of a credit or calling card is highly suggested
• Check-in: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Check-out: 10:00 am
• Arrivals on Sundays, Holidays, and late at night are generally not possible
