Cap d'Antibes Villas

This recently refurbished 'Corbusier style' house, built in 1964, is set in the pine trees in a quiet and peaceful area of the idyllic Cap d'Antibes. As is typical in this style of house, the clean white concrete lines contrast with the rugged stone of the gable wall. The emphasis is on inside-outside living with large floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening from nearly all the rooms in the house onto large terraces. The main terrace off the living room, at the front of the house, overlooks the garden and pool and is furnished with tables and chairs for relaxed outdoor dining. In addition there are views through the pines to both the sea and the Alps. The house has been refurbished in a modern style and is very well equipped with a full range of kitchen appliances as well as an HD flatscreen TV with Sky satellite. The infinity pool is finished in natural green/grey English Lake District slate and bordered with hardwood decking. The majority of the garden is also decked and terraced and provides peaceful all day "sunning areas". All in all, a great villa for guests wishing to relax near the sea and in a prestigious area, although not suitable for young children!
