Le Mirage is a luxurious house located on a plateau just behind Club 55, one of the most renowned beach clubs in St Tropez. Located in a private residential area, the house is a five-minute walk from Pampelonne beach. The center of St. Tropez is also within walking distance. The house has uninterrupted 180-degree sea views. A masterpiece of contemporary architecture, Le Mirage boasts glass walls that disappear and rooms that are both interior and exterior. Although modern, the house features natural materials, warm colors, and superior lighting. There are terraces, vineyards, and landscaped gardens. The grounds (3981 square meters) are entirely enclosed. There is an infinity pool (20 meter x 5 meter) with shallow overflow area. A guard lives in an independent accommodation on the property and oversees 24-hour video surveillance. The house has an alarm system with evening and daytime settings as well as 24-hour monitoring. There are electronic front gates with a video entry system. There are parking spaces for six cars as well as two additional spaces in an underground garage. On the ground floor are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. 2 are with small terraces and are facing east, 1 is at the foot of the master staircase and the fourth one is in the west garden and has a mezzanine. The 30 meter squared entrance hall has large folding doors opening onto the east terrace and west garden. The 75 meter squared living room with fire place and floor to ceiling bay windows opens onto terraces. The office corner with French doors opens onto the west garden and the waterfall. From the living room there is access to the Master suite and the east bedrooms (3). A large dining room comfortably sitting 12 guests, with floor to ceiling collapsible bay window opening onto the terraces.- Staircase leading to the Octagone bedroom.- Fully equipped state of the art kitchen with professional gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer with ice/chilled water dispenser. Outside are over 150 meters squared of terraces, a shallow pool 5 meters by 5 meters overflowing onto the Infinity pool 20 meters by 5 meters (1.70m deep). The property is fitted with new state of the art hi-fi stereo system with controls in public areas, large flat plasma television screens in living room and master bedroom.- Each bedroom has a television, CD player, telephone and hair dryer. There is air conditioning controllers in every room, floor heating in every bathroom. The villa is fitted with a wireless access to the computer network and ISDN internet access (internet access is included in the rent). Other amenities include parking for 6 cars, a security system with motion detectors in every rooms. CCTV cameras around the property perimeter with 24/7 video monitor and recorder and an infrared barrier around the property perimeter.

• Arrivals on Sundays, Holidays, and late at night are generally not possible
