The house has a distinct classical feel that provides a very cosy, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, yet remaining hi-tech with a Wi-Fi internet connection in the house. Surrounded by 3 acres of terraced gardens dotted with olive trees, the entrance is lined by palm trees. There is a magnificent overflow pool to the side of the house, which boasts beautiful views of the valley and sea near Cannes. There is also a covered exterior dining area and a covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for open air dining. The property is located near the Grasse Golf and Country Club and is close to the beautiful village of Cabris. A 30 minute drive brings you to the boulevards of Cannes, and it is a 35 minute drive to Nice Airport. It is a perfect location to enjoy a Provençal, calm and sunny holiday with friends and family.
