Overlooking the Bay of St-Tropez, magnificent views of the water, surrounding hills and the village itself can be enjoyed from both the house and gardens. A sparkling pool is the centerpiece of the garden and can be enjoyed from the comfort of a lounge chair on the deck or on the grassy area, also a perfect play spot for children. 3 outdoor dining areas, two of which can be covered, are found on the immense central terrace. Sliding glass doors on all sides of the terrace allow for fluid access from indoor to outdoor areas, personifying indoor-outdoor living at its best. The surrounding gardens are lushly planted with bamboo, citrus, jasmine, papyrus, olive trees, grape vines, bougainvillea and the famous parasol pines. The house is equipped with state-of-the-art features like satellite television (5 flat-screen TVs and three regular TVs), high-speed wireless internet access and a photo-quality print/copy/scan/fax machine.
