This beautiful and spacious villa, located on Cap Camarat, has magnificent sea views and is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach. The garden is very well maintained, surrounded by pine trees, cypresses, olive trees and palms. There is a nice swimming pool, with pool house furnished with teak furniture, a fully functional bar and summer kitchen. The interiors of the villa are very light and spacious. All of the bedrooms have their own TV and safe and most of them open onto the covered terraces. There are many outdoor dining areas. In addition there is a separate, very beautiful, wood-panelled living room with high ceilings, fireplace and large tall windows, which open to the garden. On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace leading to the terrace and dining room and a very well equipped kitchen opening to the terrace and an outdoor dining area. A second door from the kitchen opens to a side terrace and summer kitchen with built in barbecue. There are 4 double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning and a Master bedroom with air-conditioning, en-suite bath/shower room and dressing, opening onto the terrace. On the lower floor is a large double bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room and a double twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with access from outside. These 2 bedrooms have communicating doors- 2 staff bedrooms with 2 shower rooms.
