The living room is particularly nice, with its large windows opening onto a spacious tiled and shaded terrace, which includes a pool house with barbecue. A few steps lead down to the pool area. It is surrounded by a flat lawn garden of 1,600 m² which provides a good play area for children. The garden is very private, with no "vis-à-vis" and is sunny all day long. There is a good level of equipment, including an alarm system and air-conditioning in the living room. For those who wish to travel around, this villa is ideally located to explore the neighbouring towns and villages, with easy access to the motorway.
